GBThe person I was advised to speak to … The person I was advised to speak to well over a MONTH ago STILL has not spoken to me. This is in regards to a 10 month old puppy that was sick when I got her. It seems everyone shifts the blame because no one wants to be held accountable. Very poor customer service!!!!. I have spent well over $6,000.00 on vet bills and the owner refuses to acknowledge any wrong doing. I have documentation by three vets that she was ill at birth yet sold knowing this....despicable !!!!!

GBSelling old food! I ordered 5 packages of Nature's Variety Instinct Raw Boost Mixers (Rabbit). #1 was my fault. I didn't read the list of ingredients. Thought I was buying freeze-dried bits of raw meat to add to their kibble, when in fact a very large portion of ingredients include seeds and vegetables. #2 is why I'm writing this review. When 5 bags arrived, one package looked different. After confirming all products were in fact the same thing, I checked the Best By dates and it turned out the one odd package was newer packaging dated Oct 2019 while the other 4 were older and dated Apr 2018. So they basically are good for a couple of months. No way my cats can eat those 4 bags in 2 months. I will never purchase here again. This was my first time since I normally order from Chewy. PetSolutions offered a better price on these products but I won't make that mistake again. Exercise caution!

GBDO NOT ORDER FROM PET SOLUTIONS ! ! I placed three orders from pet solutions. All three were for saltwater fish. The first order was for a yellow breasted wrasse, it was dead on arrival. The second order was for a Choate leopard dress, and ornate leopard wrasse and a replacement for the dead yellow breasted wrasse. On the day the order was supposed to ship I received an email that the order was canceled. I called to find out why and was told the Choat Wrasse was still available but the other two weren't. When I asked why they didn't just ship the Choate grass I really didn't get an answer. I was told my $300 would be refunded in a day or two since it was a pending transaction. As of today it has been six days and still no credit. During that conversation I asked if the Choate wrasse was still available and was told it was. like a fool I ordered two so I would be sure to get at least one I thought. I called to verify several times as a matter fact, I called the morning it was to ship. I was told they would ship today. A little while ago they canceled my order again! Once again I called to inquire as to why my order was canceled again and was told the Choate wrasse were out of stock. I really believe since I was standing up for myself the previous order that my Choate wrasse were shipped to someone else over me. When I was speaking to customer service a little while ago the girl told me she didn't understand why they kept doing this to me. I now have $600 tied up with pet solutions and nothing to show for it. I am beyond upset and if I don't have my money in the next day or two I'm filing a complaint . I just checked the website and the choked grass is still showing available! What a bunch of idiots.

GBReplacement with no hassle I ordered about $270 worth of marine fish and the shippers must have left them on my porch when I came home they where no where to be found. Petsolutions replaced them with no hassle..... everything came in Alive and heathly I was a happy and repeat customer
