The platform heavily favors clients, and if a client leaves a negative review, OnlineJobs doesn't seem interested in hearing our side; they simply want us to leave a rebuttal comment. Additionally, I wasn't notified when a review was posted about me—I only found out when a client mentioned it to me. This lack of communication is frustrating. It's disheartening because I recently received my first negative review from a client, and it's completely untrue. I've tried reaching out to OnlineJobs' agents to review my situation, but they seem uninterested in helping. It's frustrating not being able to defend myself in these situations.

However, she went beyond that by accessing our dialer and started spamming customers via SMS without making any calls. When we asked her to stop, she became upset and argumentative, insisting we should have trained her better, though that wasn't our responsibility. After ending the conversation and blocking her, she falsely claimed we hired her for a full day and accused us of taking screenshots of customer information, which she then spread online along with internal company documents. We reported her to onlinejobs.ph, but no action has been taken. The next applicant immediately tried redirecting our leads to her personal social channels to work with them directly and get paid by our clients! We advise staying away from this platform as it seems to be full of scammers. UPDATE: THE PLATFORM ONLIINEJOBS.PH DID NOT REMOVE THE WORKER WHO STOLE OUR CUSTOMERS INFORMATION AND THEN PUBLISHED IT. IT SEEMS THAT ONLINEJOBS.PH ACTIVELY SUPPORTS SCAMMERS WHO WILL TRY TO STEAL YOUR CUSTOMER INFO IN ORDER TO WORK WITH YOUR CONTACTS DIRECTLY! AS YOU CAN SEE IN OUR CASE WE GOT HARRASSED AND BLACKMAILED BY THE ONLINEJOBS.PH WORKER BECAUSE WE DID REFUSE TO HIRE HER. FEDPOL HAS BEEN INFORMED! DIFFAMATION LAWSUIT WILL BE ENGAGED! It's like the only time our family truly gets together was during dinner, and it was sad.
