I was skeptical at first but Michelle… I was skeptical at first but Michelle Licata changed my mind almost immediately after my first conversation with her. Definitely worth it if you are looking for a career coach. I was expecting just to get some quick resume tips and be done with it. Michelle ended up coaching me for a couple months, meeting every other week. Ultimately, it’s what you make of it; but I would say the best coaches in the game.

Waste of Time It's not unreasonable to believe that someone filling out all the information they ask for is currently unemployed. To waste our time that could be spent job searching, just to ask for money at the end before we can even see the results is a little ridiculous, in my opinion. Be upfront about the financial obligation so we can make an informed decision prior.

Would recommend to others Nicole Ellis provided a lot of useful tools and great advice on how to improve my resume and my LinkedIn profile. She also did a thorough job of reviewing the JobTest results with me.
