As a biochemist As a biochemist, I'm pretty skeptical when it comes to wellness products, but my experience with BHO has been outstanding. Everyone reacts differently, but I have had excellent results using this as an anxiolytic and a sleep aid. Using 0.25ml of the Extra Strength Genesis Blend about an hour before bedtime helps me fall asleep quickly and stay asleep, so much so that I have been able to stop taking my prescription sleep meds.
