GBBuyer Beware - 0 Rating It’s interesting that the review I posted on their website this AM has disappeared. I ordered a Pulse XS Pro on April 8 which I have yet to receive although their web site claims “Expedited Shipping to guarantee fast delivery“ Several requests to their support have yet to produce any assistance and after 2 weeks I have given up trying to get help from Oxiline. The tracking is a joke as it doesn’t tell tou where it is or when it will be delivered. While they may have a decent product, their service and is a joke. It looks like my only option is to dispute the charge since no product has been forthcoming. Too bad I didn't find this site for reviews before I ordered.

GBPaid for something I never got! I ordered a piece of health equipment from Oxiline. I received an email saying that they hoped I like the equipment despite the fact that I have not received it. I have called numerous times only to be told that they are not available. I have emailed, both on their web based email system and on regular email and have received no response. Their customer service in nonexistent. I am now having to process a claim with PayPal to try and get my money back. Steer clear of this company!

AUI placed my order 14/01/2024 for 1 x… I placed my order 14/01/2024 for 1 x Pulse XS Pro & still have not received it. I have contacted them on several occasions by email the without any help & then they just started ignoring my emails all together. The tracking information given shows that my order has been stuck with Canada post since 24/01/2024. Do not use this company you have been warned......
