GBSo I’m currently eating a high fruit… So I’m currently eating a high fruit diet that’s mostly raw vegan- meaning the majority of what I eat is fruits/ veggies/ leafy greens- you get the idea. But anything that’s added to these meals is vegan. So very clean. I have been taking these pills for the past week and it’s honestly kind of unbelievable the amount of bloat that has disappeared. I wouldn’t believe it if it wasn’t actually happening to me. Definitely worth a try. And I obviously recommend a plant *based* (does not have to be as extreme as mine) diet. Fruit will help with the bloat as well and you can eat as much as you want. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk. 🤍

GBHello, starting off this is my first review so Hello, starting off this is my first review so I’m not a critic or someone who writes reviews but it works… Starting off you won’t notice any changes in the first couple of days, this isn’t a miracle supplement; it takes time and effort for your weight loss journey but it worked out for me. 5’11 20 year old now started when I was 18 1/2 and I started at 323lbs and now a year and half in later now happily at 203.8lbs. Goal is to hit 190lbs. This product changed my life and I’m glad to say it could changes yours as well. The price point is amazing, affordable, as well addicting! The only con about this product is that it does suppress you hunger out by a lot, so even though you might not be eating as much you still need to eat; my diet was a 12 ounce cup of cauliflower rice with veggies and chicken, that’s it, you can have you cheat days but this worked out best! I thinks it’s dumb to not let anyone know about a diet and make you pay for a plan that doesn’t really work but this worked out best. Work out at least 4-6 days a week, muscle training, and 30 min walks or more on a treadmill set at 3.0-4.0(speed) and 10-15 (incline or level) if you wanna see results, drink plenty of water and if your really hungry for something I suggest any fruit, yogurt, or sugary drinks literally anything that says diet but every (2) days( not including fruits or veggies). HAVE SELF DISCIPLINE OR THIS PILL IS FOR NOTHING!

GBI've been taking Luma Lite for almost 2… I've been taking Luma Lite for almost 2 weeks now. Instructions said to take 1 for first 5 days to assess tolerance. First day I was bouncing off walls but I was able to sit through all my lectures (9am to 6 pm) and actually retain most of the information so that was super helpful. Ended up cutting the 5 day period short and started taking 2 on day 3. Went with this product because I needed a pre-work out style energy boost without needing to make or walk around with it and it's succeeded there. Weight wise, I haven't added much exercise to what I'm doing, I just have to walk back and forth across campus M-F and then I cut out soda and then swapped white sugar for organic stevia for my sweet tea addiction. Weighed myself the morning before I started taking it and the morning of and was 175.4 and weighed myself this morning, 10 days later, and was down 173.2. Not a whole lot of change and could quite possibly just be water weight or because of the sugar changes but I really like the focus and energy I get from this so I'm going to continue to take it.
