customer service relations is phenomenal … customer service relations is phenomenal and very much appreciated. I have had 2 small concerns with my DK20S and both times i received communications back within a few hours. Both time they offered and stated they would take care of the issue at no cost to me. Quality customer service is hard to find sometimes. But not here. very satisfied. I will no shop anyplace else for my heat press needs.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. We called with a question, they sent out some parts, free of charge. Our problem was solved and we are grateful to be a part of the GEO KNIGHT family!! :) We have two heat presses currently and will only purchase from Geo Knight Co in the future. Best Customer Service and Heat Presses! Our Geo Knight went out last week and Aaron was incredibly helpful to tell us how to fix it and what parts to order to get us up and going quickly! It was a very inexpensive and easy repair! We had purchased a Stahl's so we could keep working until our parts came in. It wasn't heating to the correct temperature and we waited for 3 days and never heard back from their customer service! We made the decision to just order a 2nd Geo Knight this weekend so we always have 2 dependable presses with amazing customer service!!! Thank you so much again Aaron!!!!

Their staff within their company are not only friendly and professional but very helpful. This company revamped my tiered equipment and did a fabulous repair job on multiple presses. They have a variety of equipment for all your needs and the best heat system that I have encountered in my many years in the screen and embellishing industry.
