KYLIE WAS AMAZING I was skeptical at first, never used a customer service agent to assist my reservation. I had a difficult destination to fly into and as result was going to pay double the cost. However Kylie my assigned agent did her research and found another airport which was close by and saved me $1000 dollars. I was so happy that I had her reserve my rental car too and of course got another great deal. This travel agency retrieves customer… This travel agency retrieves customer information from other Airlines and charges seperate fees that are unauthorized by the Airline. This was confirmed to me by the Airline that I originally purchased my tickets from. They also impersonate government officials which is a federal crime, and I will be taking action. Do not do business with these people!

It was a great and warm experience… It was a great and warm experience dealing with a travel agent Klaus Mikaelson. We got a very good deal which I couldn’t find on the internet. Mr. Mikaelson has an excellent customer service skill. He was knowledgeable, polite and very helpful throughout the conversation. I would highly recommend him for all the travel needs.
