Parkdeane Restorts booking Issues… Once we made our booking,almost impossible to contact them.No call line to talk to a human,the livechat feature was disabled.The new terms and conditions make it very hard to make amendments.They don't make it clear you have to buy a cancelation policy to even amend details. Pity as we really liked the park we usaully go to.

Small, quiet caravan park Lovely clean caravans, right next to the beach, staff are really friendly, Dan made our holiday great, Madi the singer sounds amazing, Bingo at 10pm (late but ok for us adults)

Excellent We have been to Parkdean Resorts several times over the years. They are above and beyond any other resort I have been to. You are always guaranteed clean, modern accommodation. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. It was very easy to book on line.

Parkdean Holidays Booking process is good with plenty of options. Having stayed at Parkdean Resorts a few times I always find the experience very good, great value for money and an all round enjoyable family holiday. Only thing I would like to see is the option to create an account with Parkdean to build points and acquire future benefits/savings
