GBUnexplained cancelled order Made an order. Got email saying shipped. 3 days later checked tracking status. Said order cancelled w/ no explanation. No email notification etc. This is disappointing. Especially when buying a Christmas present We will see if they make this right. At the least a refund... and I take my business elsewhere where they value me.

GBi made sure to uncheck to receive⦠i made sure to uncheck to receive communication for promotional products. literally after i made my purchase, i received a promotional email. just like this, i am sure i will receive emails from trustpilot. that box is unchecked

GBGreat experience so far... While I was hesitant due to bad experiences buying from vendors that advertise on Facebook this was really pleasant. I was a little concerned about not initially getting a tracking number but found it in the email. The order arrived quickly and was in tack. I have only used the ground blind for a couple of day but I am impressed so far. I hope to see it last a few years.
